Pentagon Block Boards are manufactured in Decorative & Commercial types in two grades that is MR & BWP grade. All the wooden components of these block boards are thoroughly seasoned in our ultra modern seasoning plant and then cut with perfect precision to get uniformly thick battens. These battens are then arranged systematically without any/extra gap between them. The face veneers and the core veneers are perfectly matched. These are bonded with phenol formaldehyrk and urea melamine formaldehyrk resin under controlled pressure and temperature to get perfect bonding. The chemical treatment given to the Block Board ensures its durability and resistance.
